News America Marketing In-Store Services Inc., 04-cv-3500, US District Court, New Jersey District, Trenton) was taken by a company called Floorgraphics went to court, accusing News America of hacking into a password-protected computer by Floorgraphics. Most of the lawsuits are based on the testimony of Robert Emmel, a former News America executive who claims to be a whistle blower. After several days of testimony, News Corporation completed with Floorgraphics for $ 29.5 million; a few days after that, he bought Floorgraphics. On July 20, US Senator Frank Lautenberg wrote a letter to the Department of Justice requesting an ongoing FBI investigation including the FloorGrafics hacking allegations.
