Nama ukuran
They are often denoted by the n R format format, where the numbers n represent a shorter edge length in inches. In normal series, the long edge is the short edge length plus 2 inches (10 inches or less) or 3 inches (11 inches or more). The alternate Super series, denoted S n R , has a 3: 2 aspect ratio (or as close as possible) and thus provides more suitable for standard film 135 (35 mm) with a size of 8 inches or higher.
In Japan, the same print size (and some other additions) is known by a different name. Japanese L is equivalent to 3R, while 2L - twice the size - matches 5R. KG represents the traditional postcard size 4ÃÆ' â ⬠"6Ã, in (4R) Japan ( hagaki ). n P or cut ( ?? , left ) series is defined in the reference to full page size ( ?? zenshi ) from 457ÃÆ' â ⬠"560 mm, with smaller numbers (fewer pieces) showing larger size .
Unlike the ISO 216 paper size, the photo print aspect ratio varies, so the proper print scaling is not always possible. However, there are some logical correspondences between the sizes, which are listed below when applicable.
Many standard sizes are the same as the film sheet format, and are appropriate for making contact sheets from these films.
